Clare Preston-Pollitt is an indoor and outdoor gardener and planting designer, and RHS Horticultural Advisor, with an obsession for transforming drab and unloved spaces into green wonderlands. Alongside her practical work, Clare encourages others to enjoy the benefits and beauty of plants in their everyday lives by regularly hosting talks and workshops on a range of plant-related topics.
Andy Simpson is an RHS Community Gardening Advisor, working for the RHS since 2018 advising and supporting community gardening groups in public green spaces and gardens throughout Salford and Greater Manchester.
Patrick Grant is better known as judge of BBC’s Sewing Bee but inherited a love of gardening from his parents. After years of balcony gardening, a spell with an allotment, he’s enjoying having a proper garden. His walled garden sits a 2-acre plot in the Yorkshire Dales and he’s been documenting it’s restoration in a series for the Financial Times Weekend and sharing some of the expert advice he’s picked up along the way.
