UBX Boxing + Strength Sessions for Teens + Adults
Get rid of some of that pent up energy from the working week with UBX!
Using a combination of boxing skills and drills, high impact, explosive training and functional strength you can do up to 12 rounds of boxing and strength training. Whether that’s bag work or one-on-one pad work with a coach, or a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. UBX is everything a traditional gym isn’t so why not give it a try!
Training clothes and shoes to be worn to take part in this activity.
Location: Weekend Arena
Saturday & Sunday 12pm – 12:45pm, 2pm – 2:45pm
Accessible for: Ages 11+
