Uswim! Dip in the Dock

Join the experts at Uswim Openwater for a 30 minute introduction to dipping . The session will take you through the basics and is aimed at beginners. You will be in a designated zone not swimming around the course. This is a supervised DIP in the DOCK,  not a swim session.

Location – Dock 9

Saturday – 10.30am prompt start

Please note, you can not go in the water without a swimming cap. No other special equipment is required. Just swimwear as time in the water will be limited. Bring layers for after though.

Not suitable for non-swimmers. You need to be able to swim 200m and tread water as the Dock is 6 metres deep.

Aged 7+ welcome with a confident adult.
