• 11.15am – 11.40am: Working with crystal energy workshop
• 12.pm – 12.25pm: 9D Breathwork Experience
• 1pm – 1.25pm: 80’s Aerobics
• 1.45pm – 2.10pm: Family Sound Bath
• 2.30pm – 2.55pm: Support mental, physical and spiritual health with qigong
• 3.15pm – 3.40pm: SOS Dance
• 4pm – 4.25pm: Sound Bath Closing session
