Get stuck in with our community fingerprint artwork, make your own memory keyring and glitter up your face (using environmentally conscientious products, of course) with Salford City Council Fostering Service. The team will also be at hand to chat with you about fostering within Salford, listen to your experiences and answer any questions you may have.

Salford City Council Fostering Service are the team dedicated to supporting foster carers so that they can offer the best supportive, nurturing care to the children and young people from Salford who are not able to live with their birth family. They provide training, support, equipment, financial allowances and a community network of professionals and peers to ensure that foster carers have everything they need to create a thriving home for cared for children.
