Leadership in Action
DanceSyndrome will deliver Leadership in Action, a high-energy, joyful piece co-led by a dance artist and a dance leader with a learning disability. Performed by our dancers, it shows that opportunities are limitless when people are not defined by disability.
The co-production model empowers dancers with learning disabilities to become choreographers, working collaboratively with non-disabled dancers. Together, they create inspiring, inclusive performances that challenge perceptions and celebrate potential.
Through this work, we aim to inspire audiences to rethink disability and recognise the value, talent, and leadership of every individual.
