Dance Workshop by The Lowry Centre for Advanced Training in Dance (CAT)

A creative, contemporary movement workshop for all, led by The Lowry Centre for Advanced Training in Dance (CAT)!
Join us for a joyous dance workshop, for people who want to groove & experience new ways of moving!

Facilitated by the Contemporary Artist, Holly Rush, this workshop gives insight into the dance training of the Lowry CAT Scheme!

Location: Quayside – The Weekend Studio

Sunday 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Part of a family of National CAT Schemes across the country, The Lowry CAT is a part-time, pre-vocational course that gives young people access to high quality dance training. CATS help identify, and assist, young people with exceptional potential, regardless of their personal circumstances, to benefit from world-class specialist training as part of a broad and balanced education. The CAT is funded by the Music and Dance Scheme through the Department of Education, providing financial support for families through means-tested grants.
