British Cycling BMX Freestyle Show and Children’s Coaching

British Cycling will bring a BMX Freestyle professional show of tricks on purpose-built ramps. Between shows, qualified BMX Freestyle coaches will deliver coaching activity for children. Bikes and helmets provided.

• Time: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 10am – 5pm (see schedule below)
• Location: MediaCity Piazza Waterfront
• Open to young people aged 3-16
• Up to 16 children per session
• Book on the day

• 11:15am – Pro rider demo
• 11:45am – Balance bike coaching session
• 12:15pm – BMX coaching session
• 1pm – Pro rider demo
• 1:30pm – Balance bike coaching session
• 2pm – BMX coaching session
• 2:45pm – Pro rider demo
• 3:15pm – Under 10s free ride
• 3:45pm – Under 16s free ride
