Aficionado

Aficionado was formed in 1998 by Jason Boardman and Moonboots as an antidote to the Superclub regime that was prevalent at that time as a free party with a free playlist firmly rooted in the true origins of the Balearic ethos.

28 years later the original spirit remains and the pair continue to play lost classics and the rarely heard in their own fashion in what is now called ‘open format’ by influencers. The pair cover all bases and many decades in their sets and are respected as true innovators of the ‘Balearic Scene’.
