Living Room Dance Club returns to We Invented the Weekend for a barnstorming set of vinyl treats, gospel disco, deep cuts and good times.

From intimate gatherings and residencies, to playing at renowned festivals like We Out Here, Blue Dot and Manchester International Festival, Ailsa has built her reputation on her eclectic vinyl collection and filling floors. With a ten year presenter tenure at Reform Radio, to supporting artists such as Lady Wray, Fred Wesley, Lee Fields, Romare & Charlie Bones, Ailsa spent a decade (wo)manning the counter at one of Manchester’s most iconic record shops, and now produces for BBC Radio 6 Music.

Expect a mixed record bag of sample-centric soul, rare groove, gospel, deep cuts, bruk, leftfield disco, hip hop and global beats.
