MCR Sew Social

As part of the ‘We Invented the Weekend’ Festival, MCR Sew Social presents a free meet-up for artists, makers and crafters who love working with textiles. Whether it’s cross stitch, crochet, weaving, knitting, lacemaking, macramé or hand embroidery, this is the meet up for you.

The aim of the group is to inspire, motivate and support each other in a friendly atmosphere. MCR Sew Social is a great way to meet like minded people in our casual socials. Bring your own hand-held projects and materials to work with in a relaxed and friendly environment. New makers are very welcome. We welcome anyone 16+.
